- Do I need a developer?
- No. Setting the assistant up is a form, and installing it is pasting one line into your site. If you would rather hand that line to whoever maintains your site, that works too.
- Where do the answers come from?
- From the content you give it: your documents, your written answers, and the pages you point it at. It answers from your material rather than from general knowledge about your industry.
- What happens when it does not know?
- It says so, rather than making something up. You can add the missing answer and it picks it up on the next update.
- Can I try it before paying?

- Can it connect to the tools I already use?
- It books meetings through Cal.com and Calendly, hands visitors to your team by email, Slack, Discord or webhook, and can look things up in your own API, like an order's status or what is in stock, from its OpenAPI description. We are not taking custom integration work, like connecting your CRM or ticketing system, yet.
